The East Anglia Cup Final

So on to the game. The rain started just after the start of the game and never stopped. The opposition started well, but with our first real attack after about 5 minutes Mark Gilbert scored. Here we have Carl Palmer defending against their winger.

Sorry about the quality of the photo's .Talking technical for a moment, i knew for the action shots i needed a fast shutter speed but under floodlights with the rain i knew i needed a fast film speed. We're on the attack from a corner here.
These were taken at 1/60th second, still too slow for the action but with the advice given i thought they'd come out better than this. I suppose with the zoom lense and my freezing hands shaking it didn't help but i'll do it my own way next time. This is Steff making a run through, can't remember whether you shot or passed though.
Kologo had a terrific game. It was obvious that the guy he was marking was a major danger and he dealt with him well, an effort that got him named player of the match.
This was the opposition equalizer. I'm sure Keith will look at this. Who was marking who lads ?
It's that man Kologo again !
Not again, Though with this one you cleared it straight to one of their players. Mandel was there if you had missed it.
This is Steven Graham who played in goal the first half punching the ball away. Sorry Ash but none of your photo's came out.Ashleigh Mawer played in goal the second half.
This is the header from Hatch that just went past the post.
This is Steff who had a great game in the air.
'Franny' is putting the boot in here, quite literally as we can see.
I think you jumped a bit early here Mark, it matches the one in the nike photo's. You're forgiven though because you scored.
Carl Miller did a few of these speedy runs down the wing, can you see the blur ? Sometime around here we scored our second goal from Mark Gilbert again.
So it was 2-1 at half time. The opposition started well again in this half, here we are defending again.
Here Carl is Tussling for the ball with Franny looking on.
You are going to have to help me out here guys. Who is that flying through the air ? With 10 minutes to go, the opposition equalized again, setting the game up for an exciting 10 minutes perhaps more.
In the final minutes we pressurized the opposition goal, here we see an attempt go close , then with a minute to go Hatchy pops up to head the winning goal !!
The Final whistle goes and Symonds Green had won the Final 3-2. Casey gets ecstatic, well he was pretty pleased anyway.
The guys went into a victory cuddle, I mean huddle and the celebrations began. Sorry if you are not featured in any of the photo's above, i probably took your photo, it just didn't come out.
